If you haven't already heard about Adobe Dreamweaver, then you can't really call yourself a web developer. You'd better start learning it if you wish to have an easier time managing your work.
Adobe Dreamweaver CS5.4 is a web design tool that you can use to easily create web-pages (from the design or coding perspective), or correct your already completed work.
Dreamweaver has been a favorite software of web designers ever since Adobe has acquired Macromedia, improving their products.
To get the technical details out of the way, know that Dreamweaver is a complex software. Installing it will probably take more time than you are used to, and CPU memory will be heavily used whenever Dreamweaver is active, so don't think about running other processes in the same time.
In addition, if you don't already have some coding skills, then you'll probably have to go back to basics before using Dreamweaver (although tutorials for beginners can be found all over the internet).
Dreamweaver has a few interesting features up its sleeve, including autocomplete, code highlighting (with the best picked colors), the possibility to connect to a FTP, edit and re-upload files without using a FTP client, the possibility of creating projects to easily edit multiple files, as well as a nice search and replace feature - including regex (regular expressions) search, and "find in file".
The Code/Split/Design modes are similar to the ones found in Microsoft Visual Studio.Source
